About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, technically strong, and capable of managing SEO projects across multiple websites.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website structure, content, and internal linking for SEO performance
- Perform technical SEO audits including site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and schema
- Plan and execute content SEO strategies in coordination with content writers
- Manage link-building and digital PR campaigns
- Monitor SEO performance using analytics and search console tools
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and action plans
- Manage, mentor, and review work of SEO executives and interns
- Coordinate with developers for SEO-related fixes and implementations
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO
- Expertise in on-page optimization and content SEO
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management skills
