SEO Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, technically strong, and capable of managing SEO projects across multiple websites.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Optimize website structure, content, and internal linking for SEO performance
• Perform technical SEO audits including site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and schema
• Plan and execute content SEO strategies in coordination with content writers
• Manage link-building and digital PR campaigns
• Monitor SEO performance using analytics and search console tools
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and action plans
• Manage, mentor, and review work of SEO executives and interns
• Coordinate with developers for SEO-related fixes and implementations
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO
• Expertise in on-page optimization and content SEO
• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team management skills
