Terms of Service

Introduction:

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Digital Marketing Coaching program (the “Program”) provided by Thoughts Refilling Digital Marketing Academy. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not enroll in the Program.

Service Description:

The Program is a 12-week coaching program that provides guidance and training on various aspects of digital marketing, including personalized plans and ongoing support. The Program includes 12 sessions of 2 hours each.

Fees:

You agree to pay the fees for the Program as specified on the Program’s landing page. Fees are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refund Policy:

For the 12 sessions, if you cancel before the start of the first session, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the start of the first session, no refund will be given.

Responsibility for Your Account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Limitation of Liability:

Thoughts Refilling Digital Marketing Academy and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Thoughts Refilling Digital Marketing Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms.

Termination:

Thoughts Refilling Digital Marketing Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your enrollment in the Program at any time without notice or liability.

Modification of Terms:

Thoughts Refilling Digital Marketing Academy may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Program’s landing page. Your continued use of the Program after any modifications have been made will be deemed to be your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Thoughts Refilling Digital Marketing Academy with respect to the Program, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the Program.

Governing Law:

These Terms and your use of the Program will be governed under the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Program will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Thoughts Refilling.

Waiver:

The failure of Thoughts Refilling Digital Marketing Academy to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
